Access to leading on-shore ITAR compliant semiconductor foundries is core to our business model. TSS has narrowed its foundry focus to the large, on-shore, ITAR compliant foundries. Our corporate goal is to work with foundries that are economically viable and have a technology roadmap that will support the near-term and long-term needs of our customers. These technology nodes span over 25 years of technology and can support legacy part replacements to the most advance high performance integrated circuits.

ITAR Foundry Technologies

TSS is supporting a wide range of technology with these four foundries. The technologies span bulk CMOS, Bipolar, SOI, and BiCMOS processes to enable the “optimal” technology to be selected and used for the customers integrated circuit design.

Texas Instruments

Linear BiCMOS at 0.7, 0.35, and 0.25 microns
BiCMOS on SOI at 0.35 microns

IBM

Digital CMOS offerings ranging from 250nm to 65nm
SiGe at 0.5 microns
BiCMOS at 180nm to 130nm.

Freescale Semiconductor

SOI technology at 130nm, 90nm, and 45nm
SmartMOS technology at 180nm and 130nm

National Semiconductor

CMOS technology at 0.25 and 0.18 micron

Compatible with TSMC processes and design rules

Mixed signal technology at 0.65, 0.35, 0.25, and 0.18 microns
